We're not one of the best Holiday Home and Lodge Parks in the country by chance. Everything we do at Fold House is to the highest possible standard, including the facilities, services and security. Our clients are proud of their Holiday Homes and Lodges and we take the same pride in our park.

Fold House has a large bowling green in a particularly quiet area for the more sedate player. A young children's play area is situated off the park where noise doesn't intrude and includes a football field, swings, picnic area and outdoor adventure/activity centre.

The heated outdoor swimming and paddling pools are open during the summer, but if you don't fancy getting wet there is always our illuminated waterfall and pools containing a variety of exotic fish including some very impressive Koi Carp.

The ducks are big fans of the ponds and can often be seen leading their chicks down the path on their way for a swim. For something a bit different you'll also find that Fold House has recently become home to a family of Alpacas!

There is a library and book exchange available. A more gentle activity can be found in the form of a private fishing lake (day tickets and season tickets available). There is also a fully equipped laundry facility.

All the park's roads are fully developed with kerbside edging. Private parking in most cases is adjacent to each unit. The park has full lighting for additional safety and comfort at night, and main services are installed to all areas.

Also, as a further addition to the park's security, access is by the main gate only, which has a security barrier in place and cctv.

Access is controlled by a coded key only, when the barrier is locked in position, only our clients may have access to and from the park.

The whole family can experience the history of the steam age and in particular our centrepiece, 'The Pilling Pig' steam locomotive - an exquisitely restored engine proudly displaying original livery.

Fold House Holiday Home Park and Lodge Park is an ideal place for people with disabilities or sensory impairments. Here we insist that anyone can get the most out of life. We can supply specially adapted Holiday Homes and Lodges for the wheelchair user, including ramps, decks and other requirements, tailored to each individual's needs.
